Death of a Bore - Hamish MacBeth, Bk 21
Author: M. C. Beaton

I'm a Hamish fan, and prejudiced. Once again murder has occurred in his territory. And, once again, he is at odds with his supervisor, Blair. While laugh-out-loud humor isn't the norm in these stories, the description of a superior officer's run-in with his stopped up chimney is precious. Worth the read.

Hamish Macbeth, Always good and entertaining. I love this cozy series with it's great characters and interesting plots. In this book, a nasty, bore of a writer is murdered and it's up to Hamish to find out who murdered him as Blair, his obnoxious superior is anxious to accuse one of the villagers. Recommend.
