I enjoyed reading this ... especially the "Dragnet" type narrative of the detective. I couldn't figure out whodunit and the quick read kept me intrigued until the very end ... leaving a mystery within itself (with Barry) for the reader to decide which way they think it really happened. I liked the finally touch with Julie ... that was surprising and very nice.
