One of the Inspector Morse series which is one of my favorite all-time mystery series. This one is about Oxford college and the struggles among the dons for senior positions and a seemingly unrelated murder in Soho that leads Morse and Sgt. Lewis right back to the College.

Wonderful, as usual! The relationship between Morse and Lewis is so revealing of the high character of both. Plot is twisted and turned about until you aren't sure who done it.
