Clean cut mystery story line with interesting facts about the postal service added. I read all 3 books in the series and wished there were more. Taken place in a small town with a murder of one of the residents and the newly arrived postmaster gets involved in solving the murder. Feel comfortable having my teenage granddaughter reading it.

Special delivery for cozy mystery fans! This is the first book in a new series and it delivers. I am a cover snob and when I saw the cover, I knew I had to read it. I was not disappointed. It does have the usual in a cozy mystery, such as a small town, a failed engagement and even a brief scene of a cat. Do not let that stop you from taking a stroll through North Ashcot though. You will love the small town feel, the building of friendships and even the mystery. I chuckled a few times throughout the story and I will be picking up the next book. Cassie, Ben, Quinn and Sunni are only a few of the characters that I look forward to learning more about. If you are a cozy mystery fan, then please make this a priority and give it try.

Decent, but not fantastic- I liked the character/setting (post mistress/post office)because I can't recall ever reading a book about either. The premise/plot was original too. But, something was lacking and I'm not quite sure what it was & the pace was a bit slow too. I will give the next title in this series a try to see if I like it better than this one.
