In the 3rd book in the series, Jane Bee, housemaid to the Royal Family, is summoned to the Throne Room at Windsor Castle to see the body of Roger Pettibon run through with a sword. Though someone has confessed, Jane knows the confession is false, and once again, Jane and the Queen do their own investigating. Light and fun.
Very light, good beach book.

This book is third in a series. Modern day housekeeper at Windsor Castle, Jane Bee, plays amateur detective to solve a murder that has just taken place at the beginning of the book. Enjoyed the character of the Queen, she is used as a sounding board and voice of reason by Jane. The ending is not clear cut, part is left up to the reader.
