What a delightful book. I sure learned a lot about my 11 year old granddaughter and how preteens feel about life, friends and all the things that happen in their everyday lifes.
I just finished this one this morning and I feel robbed of my time and interest. There's just enough meat in the book to keep you hanging on. But nothing really happens.
Dana is the most irritating person in the world. I wanted her to wake up, I wanted to slap some sense into her. Get angry, Dana; do something Dana. Instead, the whole book she just gets nicer and nicer and nicer. In real life I try to gravitate towards nice people, but this was just too unreal. 3 1/2 stars is being very generous.

I enjoyed this book so much. Can't wait for more from Juliette Fay! A great human interest story!
