Peter Benchley tells another ocean oriented story about a married couple on their honeymoon who discover something interesting while on a routine wreck dive. There are many myths about what this ship was carrying, and now there is a race to confirm the whereabouts of the long lost treasure.
There are no typical monsters usually seen in Benchley novels however, when we see how people can act when gold is at stake, we see a monster more fearsome than anything seen in "Jaws" or "The Beast".

on a perfect day a honeyomoon couple dives into the offshore reefs. They are looking for the wreck of a sunken ship. What they find is surprising. It lures them into a mysterious and increasingly dangerous encounter.
Pretty good. I thought it was better than Jaws. The ending left me hanging though.
ANOTHER BOOK THAT BETTER THAN THE MOVIE!
