Sunny Southern California seems an unlikely place for a British widow to call home. But Pet Detective Delilah Doolittle is probably the least eccentric - if not the most civilized - of Surf City's resident population. Fun read. Not gory but amusing. For anyone who likes dogs, this is a plus. I think those who like "The Cat who..." series, this would be a good one.

Having read all but one in this series, I have to say this is my favorite. It answers alot of questions about Delilah's first husband, Roger, and ties up some loose ends. Is very fast paced, with several plotlines. Excellent!

This is a great little book. A fun, easy read. Pet lovers will in particular enjoy it, but anyone liking light mysteries will have fun too.
