Didn't love it, didn't hate it. I'm in the middle so to speak. It was ok, but not nearly as funny as the other books in this series. And i didn't find myself drawn to this couple at all. The romance between Abby and Rule didn't seem as passionate as the "Other" couples we have read about. Abby gets possessed by a runaway demon informant, and the conversations between the two of them are the only humorous parts. I found Abby's brother a much more interesting character, but he only plays a small part. Hope to see him in a future book.....and i will be reading on.

3rd of the Others stories. This is Rule's and Abby's tale. She gets possessed by a fiend and he is the demon sent to take care of the problem. Of course along the way the fall in love and must fight the evil archfiend. Some of the characters from the prior 2 books are here too. Looking forward to the next one.

The Demon You Know was pretty boring. I thought Rule and Abby had zero chemistry. They were both pretty dull, IMO. I didn't think the plot was all the great either. This is one of the weaker books in the series.

I didn't care for this book, I found the heroine to irritating and the chemistry between the hero and her forced.

I know this book got some really bad reviews because of Abby's "dumb" actions, but I actually sympathize with her. She acted like a human that was out of her element with the Others. I enjoyed the book and thought it was fun. I've been intrigued with Rule since he first appeared in the last book so it wasn't that hard for me to drool over him.
There are other characters from her other books here which is always nice. I didn't remember Tess being so nasty though. It's been a while since I've read her story with Rafe.
I didn't read this series in order (it's also not really published in order) and I didn't have a hard time catching up. It helps if you do read it in order but I don't think it's absolutely necessary. The plot line ends nicely with each book.
There are a lot of errors in the book which is kind of a pet peeve of mine. It seems they really need to get a better editor.
It was a silly, quick, decent read.
