This is a great book. It's been on my TBR pile for a while, take my advice if it's on yours and start NOW! I love baseball, I love romance stories, and I love a rich confident alpha. Hello, perfection! This book grabs you from page one. No slow start to wade through or difficulty learning all the secondary characters, this is enjoyment from the start masterfully doled out at pace that keeps you reading. Maggie expects to inherit the reins to her fathers MLB baseball team, instead she completes her degree, returns home just in time to learn her father is selling to another bidder. What?! Enter team Alex. Alex and his two best friends have endured much, they all started with baseball in their blood but eventually went into different and successful careers. While Alex and Maggie fall in love, questions abound about her future role with the team, can she work with team Alex, and if someone else could sabotage their bid to buy the team.
