J. A. Jance never fails to give you a grabber to enjoy. I didn'y want to put it down!
A dedicated law officer, Joanna Brady Sheriff of Chochise County, Arizona...love her books
Another excellent book by Jance. Suspenseful, and full of the Joanna Brady cast of interesting characters, a real page-turner.
Not the most believable plot in this series, but the family drama volume has been turned up to high. I figured out what happened pretty early but Jance takes quite a while before the plot meanders around to it. No matter. The neighbor's death subplot was a nice wrinkle. At the end Brady manages a level of saintliness that made me laugh, but I decided it's not really that out of character. It's a quick and easy read, good for airports or beaches.
J.A. Jance weaves a tangled web in a small town and brings out a book you just can't put down. I read everything she writes!
AWESOME !!!
Good book. Really enjoyed it.

Excellent JA Jance!
Another great J.A.Jance book. This woman knows how to keep a reader reading!
This is a good read. It's another book in the series about Sheriff Joanna Brady and her experiences in Arizona. In this one, Joanna is preparing for marriage while solving a murder that involves a young girl and her red tailed hawk.
Sheriff Joanna Brady gets ready for her wedding and tracks down criminals at the same time. A really good book.
Sherrif Joanna Brady is after the bad guys again, this time tracking down a 15-year-old runaway, in the company of a red-tailed hawk, who may have witnessed her mother's murder . . . Or may have committed it.
