Am presently using this book as a daily early morning devotion book for the year. It is good for that purpose-a short focus on your diet- with not much in depth beyond that.

This is the most helpful "Diet Pill", no seriously, it is a great diet aid, for each page has a very helpful Word from God, with whom " All things are possible" including maintaining a healthy weight. It is just the thing to motivate you each morning, and only takes a moment or two to read each days portion. It also has a neat page to record your daily goals and /or food intake.It's just like you have a caring, compassionate friend ( Jesus:) with you every step of the "weigh". You will find it very inspirational if you are trying to diet and lose weight!
