Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was easy to read and held my interest to the very end going into detail comparing the lives of these two special women.

I found the concept of the comparison of these two lives most interesting. I have read quite a lot about both these women by some very well respected and thorough biographers. This book is very well written and accurate - two celebrated women whose lives are at once alike and opposites. I truly could not put this book down.

I really enjoyed this book. The history as well as the stories were so enlightening to me. These two women were so different, yet had so many of the same problems. It is interesting to see how different upbringings can bring about different women.
