Some of the best short stories of racing from several authors, from A. Conan Doyle to Dick Francis himself, in one volume. This book is a true keeper--It's so good I have more than one copy so I can keep one and lend others to friends. I especially like "Carrot for a Chestnut" by Dick Francis; it's very different from his usual novels, but just as brilliant, just as compelling. Terrific stories....So glad I have this book!
