Fascinating trial book with a good mystery. Even better than her first Avery Andrews book...Southern Fried.

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were believable and there were several different story lines going on at the same time. Very good book!

Book 2 in the Avery Andrews series. Good read.
A spicy mystery. Tidy plotting...gossipy humor, colorful characters, and Southern ethos.
good installment in an enjoyable cozy series.
A chance to be a part of a headline grabbing case against a drug company has lured attorney Avery Andrews back to her home in South Carolina. She agrees to meet with Mark Tilman, a young doctor from her home town who seems to have something on his mind. But on his way to the meeting he has a fatal car crash and his father asks Avery to look into his death and somehow avoid her own in the process.
I thought it was pretty good, didn't hold my attention as well ass some of her others.
