I always turn back to this way of eating post-holidays or whenever I need to get the sugar out for a while. I always refer to it for motivation and to get a reminder of how sugar and over processed, simple carbs can really harm you.

Great book to turn to and to keep by your side if you start the Atkins diet. Very informative and guides you along the way. I found it to be very helpful and easy to understand.
