It's an interesting start to a mystery series ... with the vet being a better detective for murder than the police. Its cute and cozy, but I've read better. About half-way through the book the crime is solved and all wrapped up. Didi and her friends even go out to celebrate. But its not over yet, as new developments begin to unfold.
