This is a fantastic, fun, fast-paced new paranormal series that is just different enough to feel fresh & new. What a super-duper read!

The hero is sexy & strong & "protective Alpha Male"--but without being controlling or smothering. He's just there when you need him! The heroine is tough, smart, and has a delightfully-sharp wit.

All in all, this turned out to be one of the BEST paranormal romances I've read in a LONG time! Can't wait for the rest of the series!

Was a good book. Cyntag- Cyn used to be the highest position in the Guard or police but he was clean up guy, take down Crescents that would expose their race. He was sent on a mission to take out everyone on a yacht and he did his job until he found a young child, he just took out her parents and he was supposed to kill the child but he couldnt and quit his job. Now 15 years later that child Ruby is no longer a child and Rudy was forces upon a new world that she never knew existed plus on top of that she is a Dragon that her grandfather and uncle kept her hidden and 'blinded' from the Magick that was all around her until one day her uncle needs to talk to her. When she shows up to her uncles house she finds a weird orb attracting her uncle and she is trying to save him but couldnt but on his dying breath he tells her Cyn's name and not to go to her grandfather but the weird orb is setting the house on fire all around her and she has no choice but to find a way out of the house but the orb wont let her. She does find a way but she is devastated about what happens and in her rage she hunts down Cyn and wants his death for killing her uncle. But what she finds is a new look on her regular life with Elementals, Magick, demons, killers and Dragons. Plus what feels she has for Cyn and what Cyn never experiences in his life towards Ruby but would she still love him after he reveals his dark secret concerning her parents by what he did.
