Ms. Shellhart produced a book that is most helpful especially to those who are new in the job market. She is very detailed in explaining the best way to make a great impression, expecially at the job interview. She takes nothing for granted, from the way to dress for a variety of jobs to hairstyles, manicures, and jewelry. If a person new to the job market, or one who has had difficulty procuring a job, reads this book from cover to cover, s/he should feel confident at that next interview. I wish I'd had this book years ago!
