As the main attraction for the wild west show, sharpshooter Drew has nerves of steele. Yet Cole makes her feel weak-kneed. But when the cowboy wraps his strong arms around her, she knows that she has truly hit her target-and won herself true love.

Sharpshooter Drew Townsend was the main attraction for a Wild West Show and had faced her share of audiences. Yet when Cole Benton stepped into the ring and challenged her to a shooting contest, she felt as weak-kneeded as a newborn calf. It couldn't be stage fright as she knew she could hit every target with accuracy. Was it perhaps love? Even though she is attracted to the handsome Texan, Drew refused to believe in romance and all of its trappings. But when the cowboy wrapped his strong arms around her, she knew that she had truly hit her target and won herself true love.
This is book 7 of the Cowboys Series. I enjoyed the story but I did not think it was as good as the other stories in the series.

The freedom of the range, the bawling of the longhorns, the lonesome night watch beneath a vast, starry sky-they got into a woman's blood until she knew there was nothing better than the life of a cowgirl...except the love a good man. Drew is a fulfilling book for all of us girls who wanted to grow up to ride and shoot and have the same fun boys did. Greenwood does a good job showing how Drew matured yet retained that dream.

Although a very well written novel, it was my least favorite in the series. but I still enjoyed it! The whole series is wonderful.
