Really, really liked this book! It is a fun and easy read, and is peppered with anecdotes that clarify the many fascinating points it discusses. There is SO MUCH that affects our attitudes, beliefs, moods, reactions and thoughts on a subconscience level: names, labels, symbols, colors, weather, and more. If you think you are in charge of your own mind, read this book - there is plenty of food for thought...I highly recommend it! D.
