A book entitled Good Without God: What a Billion Non-religious People Do Believe, by Greg Epstein, a Humanist chaplain at Harvard, is supposed to be available in paperback format as of last month.  I found it to be very readable, nicely indexed, foot-noted, and to include a bibliography for the convenience of those who m ight wish to read further into the subject.
