Excellent Excellent Excellent Read! Regency England. Heronine leading two lives (lady and singer) forces a wedding with a long time admirerer. Not only do they have to sort out their unknown feelings for each other, but accidents keep happening to hurt Lottie as well. And of course - A Traditionally, but not as predicable of a road to a Happily Ever After.
- Great read! A 1-nighter. =)
I really enjoyed this book. It was well written and the characters were well rounded. They actually seemed to grow throughout the book. Good and HOT historical romance!

Final book in the Duke series. Considering Colin's personality in the other books I was a little disappointed in him in this book. The book does get better as it goes along. The villian exposed at the end is very anti-climatic.

A terrific finale to the Three Duke's Trilogy.
Without too much reiteration of the book summary, Charlotte (aka Lottie) lives a double life as a an aristocratic lady and an opera singer. Colin lives a double life as lazy nobleman and a forger and authenticator for the British Crown.
They meet, her cover is blown, they agree to marry in a marriage of convenience and then the real story begins. Two people who think they know each other, slowly revealing layers of themselves and finding love. Along the way a bit of mystery and some steamy love scenes.
The mystery was pretty silly but not much time was wasted on it. The characters and their developing love were engaging and sweet.
