This book is so poorly written that it is annoying.
The crime story is interesting, but the writing ruins it. She didn't even clearly state what was believed to have happened until very late in the book, yet tells the ending in the introduction! Read about this crime by another author if you can.

This is one of the saddest true crime books I have read. We have probably all known someone like Julie Miller. Having been tied down by family circumstances during her teens and twenties, she missed the normal progression of dating, finding love, and getting married.
When she did have time for her own life she sadly proved that 'what-you-see' is not always what you get.
