Oh, wow, I sure didn't like this one. Lots of little things added up to a big disappointment; Fancy felt too mature for her age, the romance was a slow burn and the plot rather dull. Even the love scenes lacked verve. Has the Trewlove family finally lost steam? (Heath admits to struggling with this one and it shows.) I truly hope not because I've been waiting for Beast's story since the beginning, which is up next and wraps up the series. I'm counting on it being the best one. In any case, you can certainly skip Fancy's story and not worry about missing anything. 2 stars.
