Higgins is a story teller. Cape Desolation, Greenland; the wreckage of an airplane and body of the pilot are found. Charter pilot Joe Martin does not trust the widow of the pilot or the insurance agents when he is hired to fly them to the site of the crash. Sure enough, the obvious natural dangers around are nothing to the human malice on Cape Desolation. Page turner.

An fast paced thriller about an iconoclast pilot, hired to fly an odd & secretive group to a crash site on the polar icecap, only to find himself caught up in a deadly struggle of intrigue & survival.

Another great Higgins page turner

A bush pilot with a secret to hide. A proper English gentleman. A sexy widow. A plane crash. And a hidden secret. These are just some of the elements of this thriller. It's worth a listen, but the audio tape doesn't add much in the way of local color. If you've never been to Greenland (and I haven't), some elements are a bit obscure.
