This is another great BookSumo recipe book that highlights quick weekend cooking. These books have nutritional information, servings, prep, and total times. There are many color photos, but they may not be of the item recipe you are looking at. What I found interesting were the unusual (to me) combinations, such as EASY COD AND POTATOES or BASIL HAMBURGERS. There is something here for every taste.
