This was one of those books that I was "recommended" to buy on Amazon, based upon my other readings. I tend to be quite the foodie and really enjoy reading anything to do with food. I have to say that I really enjoyed this book, it's not your normal read or memoir, it's more of a collection of his scrapbook of pictures, recipes and notes about how he makes certain things. I've tried a few of the recipes and they are excellent and easy, with very few ingredients. I can't wait to visit his restaurant in Chelsea Market one of these days!!
