I am not neccesarily a motivational book reader, and this was a gift that I received. I read the book, an although the information was helpful, It didn't really care for it.

I've read alot of these, you'd think I'd be on top of things by now...this book was clear, succinct, and to the point. Well written..I'm keeping my copy for a while!

Unfortunatly I started this and stop becasue of work load and procrastination, hence the reason for me to get this CD. I am looking forward to listening to this over the holidays when I will have time off from work and alone time at home.

This book provides 21 different concepts in attacking the habit/problem of procrastination. I found the concepts to be encouraging, uplifting and easy to apply to my life. While not all concepts may not apply to your situation I am quite certain that a few concepts could be useful to anyone.
Each chapter can be easily read within a 15 minutes setting. This book could also be used for a group setting. There is space on each page and at the end of each chapter to make notes. The font size of the print makes reading easy on the eyes and easy to highlight.
Would likely recommend this book.
