One of the most informative books I've read about Italian horror. The Cannibal film is the only real sub-genre of horror created by the Italians and during the 70s and 80s they released quite a few. The quality of these movies does leave a lot to be desired (poor acting, cliched filled plots, etc), but for fans of extreme horror these movies are essential viewing.
