Ms. Rehak blends her own food life and the larger issue of food choices for the ethical consumer in an enchantingly articulate memoir. Engaging and intimate.

Would be a 5 out of 5 but the section dealing with meat is a bit hasty. Maybe the author had trouble working through that issue on a personal level.
