This is an excellent young adult series. However, I like to see what my kids are reading so I read many of their books too and I thoroughly enjoyed it too!
A couple of interesting things happen in this installment of Wicca. Ex-Kithic member Alisa surprisingly plays a large roll after a life-changing discovery. You remember, she is the one who left because she was terrified of Morgan and the magic she wields. And Morgan's biological father, Cairan MacEwan reappears and brings the Dark Wave after Morgan and Kithic when she refuses his offer.
I just realized that up to this book (#12), all the events have happened in a very short period of time. Morgan and Hunter have only been dating for 2 months, yet their relationship is very advanced. Sometimes I find these events hard to fathom. Oh well, the books are good with enough teenage angst and drama to keep my interest but not too much to annoy.
