My friend Kim and I (Lynn) would like to start a discussion group about our favorite author, Ellery Adams.  She writes a lot of cozy mysteries under several different names.  We thought it would be nice to get a group together of Ellery's fans to talk about her books and ask any questions about books and series that she writes.  We hope you will join us here in sharing thoughts about Ellery's writing.

I have to 'fess up and just say I am still in mourning that there are no new Books By the Bay to look forward to. Thank goodness Ms. Adams is so prolific with her other series.

I agree with you Kim.  I miss Olivia and Haviland.  I thought it was very sad when the chief died.

Miss Adams writes under the names Lucy Arlington, J. B. Stanley, Jennifer Stanley and of course, Ellery Adams.

Does anyone know what happened to the series Miss Adams wrote under the name Lucy Arlington?  It was about Lila who was a book editor.  I really liked Lila and the whole series, but can't find any past five.  

Ellery Adams has a new book coming out soon.  It is Murder in the Reading Room.  It's in the Storyton Hall series.  I can't wait!  how about you?

April 30 is the day that Murder in the Reading Room comes out.  I have to catch up on this series.  I have two to read before this new one.  I got behind because I was trying to catch up  on some other series I like to read!

Has anyone read Murder in the Reading Room yet?  We could use some reviews.

I know this is Ellery Adams Cozy Corner,  but we have some bad news to share.  Lea Wait has passed away from cancer.  She was one of my favorite authors.  I love the Mainely Needlepoint series and her Antique Print series.  You learned so much by reading her books.  She will be missed by many of her fans--me being one of them.
