This book is touted as "erotic bedtime stories for women" and I must say its pretty entertaining. The book is a collection of 13 short stories based on Grimm's fairy tales that we all know and love from childhood except, with an adult twist. Since these are short stories there is not much time to build the story before getting straight to the point. This is a new genre for me and its actually a fun change. The stories are as well written as can be expected and lets just say they serve their purpose.

All of the stories added something unique to this interesting anthology. For the most part, this book was enjoyable (and definately hot), but cramming thirteen short stories into 251 pages leaves the reader wanting more story. The story I enjoyed most was Cinderella (even though my favorite fairy tale is Beauty and the Beast.) The worst story, in my opinoin was Bluebeard. The Ugly Duckling was a sweet story but the hero and heroine don't ever have sex. Overall, I'd give this book a B/4 out of 5 stars.

Twice and moretold tales of childhood with an erotic twist. Some are much better than others but there is something for every taste. Standouts are Beauty and the Beast and Cat and Mouse.

I read this cover to cover non stop, put this book down, and left disappointed. I am intrigued that someone could take these beloved fairy tales and add an adult twist to them. However, to go this far why not go further? There was missed opportunity to take some of these stories to a further more evolved plot. This was nothing more than libido junk food.

Enjoyed this book. Erotic spin to the classic tales we all grew up with, complete with a moral to every story. Perfect when you need something light to read. I especially enjoyed The Ugly Duckling, The Sheep in Wolf's Clothing, and Mirror, Mirror. Worth a credit.

I can see why these are bedtime stories, it is one of the most boring books I have read. The stories lack any depth and are all things easily assumed. No imagination or originality...how did this get published? It will definitely put you to sleep, maybe that was the plan.

Overall this book is average. Some of the stories were better than others--they ran the full gambit from very sexy to totally boring. But in the end, none of them are long enough to tell a complete satisfactory story. I would have preferred fewer, longer, more in depth stories. But the book is very much as advertised. Fairy tales with an erotic twist. Worth checking out.

Overall, I enjoyed this compilation of fairytales retold. Only a few were duds but isn't that that case with most short story collections? My favs were Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, the Empress' New Clothes and Mrs. Fox. Erotic, but in an understated way; still very enjoyable and fun.
This book was not worth the time. Would not recommend it to anyone. Too weird.

Short erotic stories. Has something for everyone.
Well known fairytales with erotic twists and little bit of female empowerment. Some of the stories are better than others but overall a quick entertaining read.
