773 pages of jam packed recipes and pictures. i have not tried any recipes yet, but am looking forward to making the many, many recipes that interest me. catagories are: appetizers, batters, beef, beverages, breads, cakes, cake decorating, candy , casseroles, chicken, chicken livers, cookies, crepes, desserts, duck, dumplings, eggs,fillings, fish, fondues, fritters, frostings/icings, glazes/syrups, goose, gravy, hen , jellies, lamb, pancakes,pasta, pastry, pheasant, pies, pizza, port, quail, rabbit, rarebit, relishes, rice, salads, sandwiches, sauces/dressings, sausage, seafood, souffles, soups, squab, stews, stuffings, sweetbreads, turkey, veal, vegetables, venison, waffles.
This book has a wide range of recipes: oriental, european, american, etc - I have had it for two years and I am still finding new recipes I love - definately a must have - I couldn't bear to get rid of my copy....
