Warning: do not read this book at night if you want to sleep!
I read this thriller in one sitting unable to think about anything else until finished. WOW what a shocking, gripping page turner!
And then the twist.. I never saw it coming!
One flaw though. It ended too abruptly. You have to decide for yourself .
If you love thrillers you'll devour this one.

This book grabbed me from the first page. Great mystery- not so much a âwho-done-it,â but a why and how done it. Unfortunately it's ends too abruptly and the story doesn't get resolved in a satisfying way.

I give this double 5*, one of the best I've read all year!
The only thing that bothered me were the scenes with 'the babies', they are twins and described as being 4 months old, but then it goes on about taking them to the park? what 4 month old knows the park? and sitting up in a high chair being fed? a 4 month old can't sit up yet, but then a few pages on and it says they are being breast fed? I was confused on exactly what age the twins were but it doesn't really matter as it's not a factor of the story only the fact that they are babies with colic
But the storyline was very good and very well written, it stays right on course and doesn't drift off into side stories or the before/after option both of which I get very tired of authors doing that

Stephanie and Patrick Kilgour are happily married with twin daughters until Erica shows up and accuses Patrick of killing his first wife, Lindsay, and their baby. They did die but it was claimed to be an accident. But is Patrick telling the truth? This is a perfectly paced and plotted whodunit and had me guessing all the way through. Iâm looking forward to reading her next one. Recommended.
