Gene Wolfe is such a skilled writer and storyteller, and this hefty collection of short stories proves it. This anthology includes stories in several genres, including science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mainstream. Although the writing is superb, I found the stories a little dark for my taste, and a few of the stories downright confused me.
