all of the books in the Death on Demand series are excellently written, and this one is no exception.

Not the best of the Death on Demand series, but good stuff with all the expected elements. Feels a bit like a "swing book" - the normally well drawn characters seem a little wooden, the plot a bit forced. Still, a good light cozy.

A Death on Demand mystery involving a widowned art patron engaged to a much younger man. Annie Darling determines to untangle the jealousy, blackmail and mischief that leads to murder.
A very good read. 13 in the series, I believe.
"Bookstore owner Annie Darling is determined to untangle an unholy marriage of jealousy, blackmail and malicious mischief, even if it means having to cross swords with hubby Max and cross paths with a cruelly clever stalker." A classic "Cozy"...
great cozy
