This is an "oldie but goodie!" I acquired the book in less than "stellar" condition - but the highlights and comments in the book did not diminish my enjoyment. This is a great book to read in a journey to free yourself from the opinion of others!
Although the book sometimes goes to extremes (I think he uses best-case, out-there examples to drive his point home), I thought there was some interesting information in the book. I recognized a few things that I do, and some things that others do, too. Not a bad read for a 30 year old book with some good information.
My counselor suggested I read this book even though it was very old. She said it helped her long ago and thought it would help me. I have picked up some tips but overall I think the book is somewhat silly. I am having a hard time even reading the whole thing. I would not recommend it.
