Esther is a very interesting story. An orphan, she is adopted by her cousin Mordecai and raised as his daughter. She is chosen as the Queen of Persia as the wife of KIng Ahaserus while likely a teen. She is tested as a servant of God when the wicked Haman gets the KIng to sign a decree allowing all the Jews to be killed. Esther and mer maids and Mordecai pray for 3 days before she goes to see the King. When she goes he must put out his royal scepter to her or she will be killed. Is she Queen to save God's chosen people the Jews? Read this book and see.

Beautiful gift book.
