This book was a great asset to my daughter during middle school and Junior High. It provides a simpler format for helping students learn the facts they need to know about Science.

These are excellent books, very vast in their explanations but in a way children can understand and each book comes at their specific levels!

I wish they had books like this when I was in school. Easy to read, easy to use, colorful and very helpful! I like having all the important information right there and organized for me. It says for 4th - 6th graders but I say it is useful for anyone, any age! It covers all the basics, on organisms, cells, the animal kingdom, the plant kingdom, ecology and landscapes of life, the planet earth, outer space, the physical world and each of those has many many subjects. A must have for reference!
