I mostly enjoyed this book although the title character was a little too ditzy for my taste. She finally did get it together in the end.

I enjoyed this book and I breezed right through it. Since Susan was a missionary in Russia it had great descriptions of Moscow and loved the way she described her characters. It had a bit romance, a bit comedy and a bit travelogue. I am now reading the second in a series of three.

Josey finds herself in Russia as a missionary unable to speak but a few words of the Native tongue. She has to deal with a thieving room mate and a love life that is frozen as the Minnesota winters she spent back home.

Sometimes the book was heard to follow because the main character day dreams, but it was a nice ecclectic read.
