Another excellent novel by Weinstein. Socially relevant and written during the 1990's concern over global warming, endangered species, overpopulation, food shortages, etc. Takes place between 2 planets who must make peace between each other to survive.

This book focuses on two planets who have to team with each other to survive. The problem is, they both want to see each other destroyed. And a mysterious enemy is interfering with the Enterprise's peace mission. It's a decent read, just not the most memorable of the series. It's trying a bit too hard in my opinion to push the environmental issue. That's important, but it didn't make for a great read.
The Enterprise helps 2 planets get over a 300 year old feud.
