This is one of the best books I have read. Absolutly the best of Flynn's books, and I think they were all good.

I have now officially read every one of Vince Flynn's books and can't wait for the next one!

This is another great read about my favorite character, Mitch Rapp, a counterterrorist agent that will go to any lengths to track down and punish those who plot against America. In this book, we are introduced to Rapp's new partner, Mike Nash, who is as fearless as Rapp and they are both are not only in the sights of terrorists groups, but also some on Capital Hill who think they are too brutal when carrying out their missions. Politicians who want them to play by the rules are brought up short when trouble lands in their own backyard.

This book was VERY GOOD! This was another of Vince Flynn's great stories, that captivated, and completely held your attention. With a great story, an intriguing plot line, and a modern story, it was really a great book. If you haven't already read Vince Flynn, pick up one of his books today. You won't be disappointed if you enjoy patriotic themes and the "good guys" winning despite the odds and consequences. This was a class Vince Flynn book. Read it today!

Fast moving, it pulls you in and keeps you on the edge. Not only are charaters and the plot believable it seems that this could be the next attack in the war on terror. Hope that no one who wants harm to come to America reads this book. This is all to beliveable and could happen.

Lots of excitement as Mitch Rapp and Mike Nash battle the latest invasion of arab terrorists. My take on this book is that Vince Flynn is getting ready to start a series using Mike Nash as the main character. He was featured in this book prominently...and it was a great book. I loved the part where Nash and his wife are having a problem with their year old son dropping the "F" word...very funny. I'd recommend this book to all who love the excitement of the Mitch Rapp stories. It will not disappoint.

Although we start at an Afghan airbase with Rapp torturing terrorists, he is stopped by the military and sent back to the US. A bunch of political wrangling ensues while a terrorist cell plots an attack on the US. After three DC restaurants are bombed, Rapp is turned loose and . . . you'll never guess what happens. Most of the action is confined to about 25 pages (in a 500 page book). The rest of it is a polemic against the US' treatment of terrorists.

This is another great novel featuring star Mitch Rapp. And Vince Flynn pulls from today's current events and makes this story not just thrilling, but so very realistic.

The book was good, although it seemed to lack a bit of the Mitch Rapp lets-get-this-done flavor that is such a central them in Flynn's others. I can see the author's attempt to appeal to some accountability crowds, with good reason. But it seemed almost like a PC version of Rapp. We get enough of that on TV news. Fiction is supposed to be a release...a chance to see/do/experience things one can't in real life.

Term Limits was the first book I read from Flynn and it made me fall in love with the character and Flynn's writing. I hope his book that comes out later this year will return to the Mitch Rapp that we know and love.

I, in all honesty, must say that Flynn is one of my favorite writers. The way he plots the story & weaves the characters is fantastic. I love his Mitch Rapp character & this book does not disappoint. Kennedy plays a smaller role in this one which makes me wonder if there may be a transfer of power in the next one. We will have to wait & see. A must read for Flynn fans.

Can you believe it? Mitch Rapp did something people said not to do and he is in trouble again!

Well, for those of you who have been reading the series, there is no surprise in that statement. What is a bit unusual about this book is that you hear very little about the President, Mitch doesn't have a lot of flashbacks to his dead wife, and the story follows other good guys through their routines, not just Rapp.

Much of this story is told through the life of Mike Nash, of CIA Operations. We get to know him and his family a bit, and it allows the author to use the microcosm of the family unit to parallel who is happening on the international stage.

Overall, this is a well written story, but with limited twists and turns. The characters are mostly familiar. And Vince Flynn leaves plenty of loose ends to pick up in the next or future story lines.

Enjoy!

Now, Rapp and his protege, Mike Nash, may have met their match. The CIA has detected and intercepted two terrorist cells, but a third is feared to be on the loose. Led by a dangerous mastermind obsessed with becoming the leader of al-Qaeda, this determined and terrifying group is about to descend on America.

Rapp needs the best on this assignment, and Nash, who has served his government honorably for sixteen years first as an officer in the Marine Corps and then as an operative in an elite counterterrorism team run by Rapp is his choice. Together, they have made careers out of meeting violence with extreme violence and have never wavered in the fight against the jihadists and their culture of death. Both have been forced to lie to virtually every single person they care about, and both have soldiered on with the knowledge that their hard work and lethal tactics have saved thousands of lives.

But the political winds have changed in America, and certain leaders on Capitol Hill are pushing to have men like Rapp and Nash put back on a short leash. And then one spring afternoon in Washington, DC, everything changes.
