It took me 3 tries to read this. Just as I was about to give up entirely, I forced myself to finish it. I must admit it was rather predictable. Once I got into the story line a bit, I was curious to see how it ended. However, even the ending left me feeling rather bland. Definitely not one of Jane Green's best books.
I love Jane Green but the storyline is getting a bit predictable. I saw the whole thing coming a mile away....what a horrible person to do this to two women. I don't know how anyone can excuse a husband for doing this and without any consequence or guilt.
This story reminded me of another book I'd read but can't put my finger on which one it was. Oh well. Anyways it's about 2 married women with children that find out the truth about their husband. But in the end the families come together.
