This books was okay. It has a story element that always infuriates me when books use it...the main character is clueless about stuff, because no one ever bothers to explain anything to her or tell her what is going on, so she blunders blindly on and everyone gets mad at them constantly for being clueless. If I were a new vampire and they didn't immediately give me a handbook I would make someone give me vamp lessons before I ran off to Mexico for a fun week.

This is the sequel to Bitten and Smitten. If you like modern vampire romance, then you will like this. I loved it and read it in one day! It was just so laugh-out-loud funny!

Sequel to Bitten & Smitten. This was so good I hated for it to end. I will by the next one as soon as it comes out in 2008! A great vampire story and really funny. Similar to MaryJanice Davidsons' Betsy vampire books.

Good second book in series. Reminds me of the Mary Janice Davidson "Undead" series. Campy, hip vampire fun.

You just can't help but like a character who has "Anita Blake" dreams. lol. First book I've read of the series (2nd book of said series), I didn't feel lost or anything. It was fun, pretty light, read it on a Saturday while I was stuck in bed sick.
I love Rowen's sense of humor. She kept it fun and fast paced. Didn't get caught up in any sluggish parts. Want to go back and read the first book because I think I will LOVE the blind date from hell. Can't wait to read the next book in the series...and I'll read them in whichever order I can get my hands on them.

another great one by rowen that will make you laugh till the end.
Pretty good book overall. A little slow at times. I figured out the twist before it was revealed. Just wondering if the necklace that Sarah had will come back up in future books.
While I loved the 1st book, Sarah seemed to get whinier in this one. It got to where I just wanted the Hunters to catch & stake her. There was way too much back and forth about who she should be with- JUST PICK ONE! I was able to get through it but by the last page I was glad it was over.
Such a wonderful read! I love this book ad author. Smart, sexy heroine you will love.
I agree wholeheartedly with Angel. Sure it's a quick, brainless read. It doesn't suck. The writing quality would be about a C. The storyline would be about a C+. The supposed "heroine" leaves a lot to be desired. Okay, we have to remember she's just a baby in her 20's. Please, someone tell me I wasn't THAT stupid?! Hmmm...actually I think I do remember a few incidents. I could do without the reminder. So, all 20-something women: LOVE YOURSELF and stop letting other people manipulate you! And readers: do you really want to read something that reminds you how stupid you were in your twenties? I mean that with the greatest love and respect! Peace
