This was the first Asimov book I ever read. It sure did hook me! I remember feeling I was right there with the characters, speeding through the bloodstream, exhilerated and frightened and fascinated.

A very good medical/science thriller. Set in the future the book tells the story of a journey through the body. The author combines elements of science fiction, medicine and mystery to tell a great tale of how medical and scientific personnel combine to try and save a member of their own by using new and unorthodox medicine.

A futuristic view of a method that is accomplished today with surgical lasers. The book that Disney based their movie on with its dramatic footage.
