Since March is almost here I decided to keep the challenge on the simple side. I can add bonus challeneges etc. later. What do you guys think of this as a challenge?

  3. Award Winner (World Fantasy Award, Gemmel Award, Locus etc. any year)
  4. Religion Theme
  5. Political/Court Intrigue
  6. Military
  7. Young Adult/Throwback
  8. Media Tie In (Book that was made into a TV Show or Movie)
  9. Written by more than one author
  10. Epic (more than 500 pages)
  11. Quick Read (less than 200 pages)
  12. Written by an Author with 3 names (EX Guy Kaverial Kay, Marion Zimmerman Bradley, David Alan Coe etc.)
  13. Birthday book-published the year or decade you were born
  14. Asian Themed
  15. Mediterranean Inspired (Countries bordering the Mediterranean: Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Morocco etc.)

This looks good.  Short stories?  Course, that would be more than one author, so they're covered.  I'd probably do six or so, unless I got ambitious.

Thanks for doing this!

Absolutely!  Great choices.  Can we use the books we've already read or will this be all books starting from March 1st type of thing?

I think any books you read in 2016 thus far should work.
