This is one of the greatest aviation books ever written. A must read for any pilot, or person who wishes to peak into the world of an airline cockpit. It has been suggested to me the book be read periodically and I must say it gets better with each read. Gann does a wonderful job of sharing his experiences in the cockpit in a way that is both educational to the pilot as well as extremely readable. If you are a pilot READ THIS BOOK!

This is one of my favorite books to share of all time, for pilots and non-pilots. Gann's memoirs are funny, terrifying, insightful, and incredibly well-written. I'd recommend it to anyone.
