Am I the only one who didn't enjoy this book? Please tell me I'm not alone!
Trite story, forgettable characters, ridiculous plot twists and turns. I couldn't wait for one of the main characters to get kicked off. Worse than a trip to the dentist.

Another enjoyable story by Ann Rivers Siddons about a Southern woman finding herself. I found much of it facinating, some of it a bit cloying, but nonetheless worth the time.

Ann Rivers Siddons has a way of developing her characters so that I really felt I knew these people! It's a wonderful story about family and sticking up for yourself. I hated to see this one end!

A love story combined with a mother/daughter crisis....this book will grab you, hold you,
and leave your heart feeling very touched. One of Siddon's very best .... I've read it twice!

A fun read, another good one by Anne Rivers Siddons
When Merritt Fowler jumps on an airplane to go retrieve her runaway teen daughter, she also walks away from a home life that has become unbearable. Reuniting with her wild-child younger sister, to whom the daughter has fled, only complicates things. This gets a bit flowery toward the end, but is still a good tale.
A family argument sends a daughter running from her Atlanta home to her Aunt Laura in Hollywood. The mother is compelled to follow her. The mother, daughter, and sister will struggle to see if the widening fissures between them can be healed.
On impulse three women take off in a red Mustang convertible, barelling up the wild coast from the Palm Desert to the Santa Cruz mountains outside San Francisco - earthquake country.
Back Cover:
Merritt Fowler is a natural caretaker-of her physician husband Pom, her lovely, fragile daughter Glynn, her erratic younger sister Laura, and even her destructive mother in law.
Exhausted and confused, Merritt no longer knows who she is or what is important to her. She only knows that she
is searching for something.
